Nog leger dan het was, wordt straks Kootwijkerbroek.
Al staan de boeren er bij filterbarricades,
En timmeren versperringen en palissades,
De vee-opruimingsdienst gluurt dreigend om de hoek.
 
Een blik agenten komt op ongewenst bezoek.
Al gauw bezwijken opgerichte spoedblokkades,
Door wapenstokgeweld en waterkanonnades.
De opruiming gaat verder en het eind is zoek .
 
Van a tot mkz op de  Kootwijkerdijk,
Geen koe meer en geen geit, maar krengen en kadavers,
En stank te ruiken in het hele koninkrijk.
 
Het is het onderwerp van bitsige palavers.
Geen beest voorbij zal sjokken in een spoortje slijk.
Loeistille ochtend met onaangeroerde klavers.
